Established in 2000,
the laboratory is one of the specialized testing
organs engaged in the inspection of bicycles and
bicycle parts in Chinese inspection and quarantine
system and the bicycle production-type test laboratory
designated by General Administration of Quality
Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the
People’s Republic of China.
The laboratory established quality
system according to ISO / IEC17025 General Requirements
on the Capacity of Inspection and Calibration
Laboratories and was approved by China National
Accreditation Board for Laboratories (CNAL) in
February 2003. The number of approval certificate:
No. L0248.
The laboratory is in a position to
conduct specialized test of the precision, strength
and fatigue of bicycles and bicycle parts and
complete the performance test of bicycles and
bicycle parts according to standards including
international standards, national standards, industrial
standards, American standards (CPSC) and Japanese
standards (JIS). Meanwhile, the laboratory is
also able to provide laboratory quality system
consultation service, goods inspection service
and information service concerning standard information
and testing techniques.
